personal data Skutla is the controller responsible for the processing of your personal data, as

from the data that you provide directly to us as well as[ from cookies on our website and] data

collected by the App from your mobile device. The types of personal data we collect include:

Use of location data is necessary for the provision of the Services by Skutla, and we are unable to provide the rental of scooters if you have not allowed the collection of location data in your mobile device whilst using the scooter and the App.
• Scooter photos: Photos or videos submitted by you show where your scooter was parked, and/or to report damages or issues with the scooters.
• Marketing and communications data: Includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

2. Basis and purposes of Processing Personal Data

We will only use your personal data in accordance with data protection legislation. The legal basis

for processing your personal data is in most circumstances your consent which you provide when

accepting our terms and conditions and registering an account, as well as processing that is

necessary for Us to perform our contract with you for the provision of the Services, however in

certain crcumstances we may process your personal data where necessary in order to coply with our

legal obligations.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service: Facilitating scooter rentals, managing user accounts, processing payments, and delivering customer support.
• Safety and Security: Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, monitoring and preventing fraudulent or unauthorised use, investigating and resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with and enforcing our terms and conditions.
